I just learned English in California the year before, so the language wasn’t an issue for me at that point, but unfortunately it is for many europeans trying to make it in a city like London. This is my own personal experience and It can be different for other people, I am only speaking on my behalf and sharing how I personally felt.Įverything started in London, where I moved in 2013, after graduating from an important Italian makeup school, the BCM in Milan, to look for a job and start my career as a makeup artist. That is what is really like to work for MAC. Today I want to talk about my experience as a MAC artist and tell you how was the job, how to land an interview with them, the salary and how was my year working with the brand.
